Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Session Timing: The clock for your scheduled filming session begins at the booked start time, regardless of your arrival time. We recommend arriving on time or at least 20 minutes early to ensure your full session is utilized. Example: If you book a session for 6:00 PM and arrive at 6:30 PM, your session will still start at 6:00 PM, and you will only have 30 minutes remaining for recording. 2. No Refunds: Once a session is purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including unused sessions or missed appointments. 3. Cancellation or Rescheduling: You can cancel or reschedule your sessions at any time; however, a $25 fee applies if you do so within 24 hours of the appointment. 4. Inebriates: Inebriation or paraphernalia of any kind is strictly prohibited in the studio. Sessions will be forfeited if you arrive intoxicated, smell of substances, or use any kind of substance in the studio. Low to moderate drinking is permitted only in spill-proof tumblers. 5. Storage: Clients must supply their own data storage. The storage medium must be an SSD hard drive with a high read and write speed. Sandisk Extreme Pro SSD or Sandisk Professional Thunderbolt SSD is preferred. It is recommended that customers have a large amount of storage available. If the customer runs out of storage, EVRY Media will not delete old files unless requested by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to transfer files to a new drive if they run out of space and wish for the old files to be on the new drive. If requested, EVRY Media can transfer files but will not be held responsible for files corrupting or deleting during the process. EVRY Media is not responsible for session files corrupting on your hard drive during or after your recording session, including the recommended hard drives listed. Thumb drives are not permitted or compatible. 6. Agreement to Terms: By obtaining a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Disclaimer, as well as our full Terms and Conditions, which are available on our website. Subscription is contingent upon your acceptance of these terms.
